Which design requirements are needed to facilitate a time design that will foster the emergence of communication and trust between actors involved? Since only 15 years systems-time invaded and restructured many professional practices all over the world and people have developed a variety of time designs to make the 24/7 economy work for them including the often reported sense of having 'no-time' as being part of it. Negotiating body-time, nature-time, clock-time, social time, and without formulating it as such, a widespread knowledge and experience with time design has emerged in businesses, organizations and personal practices as well. 'Sharing time' is fundamental to human interaction. Because not only human beings participate as actors in communities but also systems do, a shared time design between systems and people requires attention.
