Address of attention and address of expression

When being engaged in an interaction with one person (the address of attention), at the same time one can address the audience around (the address of experession). This rhetorical figure is called the apostrophe. Frans-Willem Korsten elaborated on this rhetorical figure

It presupposes a shared understanding of the situation. Possibly this concept is useful when designing a shared me mediated space when more than 2 people engage.
