Those few days tourists spend on the island have to be remembered.
The restaurant is very important in the marketing of Texel foods. It has to connect with the farmers on one hand, which explains the duration and integrating rhythm. On the other hand they have to perform for a lot of tourists, which means they can do a lot and have a large environmental impact. They get of course revenue in return and a good reputation.
