From all the above, we can realise that there are some changes that have to be done in order to develop the proposals. First of all the mentality of the inhabitants must turn to being more open to innovations. For that the new center of innovation will be of great help. Furthermore, the buildings need some extra care so as to become sustainable and consume less energy (insulation, PV panels, etc.). However, the businesses are the most difficult factor to change, as they won't risk without feeling secure enough. Therefore, we must ensure that tourists/customers will accept and promote the new actions (more sustainable cafes, restaurants, etc.) so that the businesses will realise the necessity of changing and will find a cause in being sustainable.
