Anymeta is a tool made by Mediamatic. It is an online system which provides infrastructure for creating, combining, cross-linking articles using a pretty strict but clear format. While working, you create a dense cloud, you create following the rules of semantic web. But there is no prescriptive hierarchy (you can make it) which easily shows things from other perspectives. By adding metadata your contribution selects other peoples contributions with the same metadata.
